4. External stop NC*
5. SetPoint up
6. SetPoint down
Additionally, there is a possibility to see the corresponding wire diagram by
selecting

In the coloumn
Status
is indicated (in green) if the control unit has registred
the input.
*: At remote control - for the blower to start, external stop must be closed.
The blower stops when external stop is opened.
In case of digital connection, the digital inputs should be defined. From the main menu, select
Setup - Advanced
Setup - Digital Input
Feedback signal must be specified for pressure and flow control, but a feed
-
back signal for rpm regulation should not be specified.
Select
Setup Feedback Sensor
In
Select Feedback Analog 0
is chosen which type of signal is sent from
the transducer. Two types can be chosen:
• 0 - 10 V
• 4 - 20 mA (see diagram at the end of the section)
Box 1 indicates the unit of the analog signal, here you can choose from the
following units:
• kPa
• in WG
Box 2 indicates the maximum physical value of the analog feedback signal,
here illustrated with some examples (see also previous connection example
with Kongskilde pressure / flow control).
Example 1 - The following are selected: Analog feedback 0: 0 - 10 V and
Unit in box 2: kPa.
If value 25 is entered in box 2, it means that when supplied with 10 V at
analog input 0, the control will register a feedback signal of 25 kPa. Fed only
5 V at analog input 0, the control will register a feedback signal of 12,5 kPa.
Example 2 - The following are selected: Analog feedback 0: 4 - 20 mA and
Unit in box 2: in WG. If value 80 is entered in box 2, it means that when sup-
plied 20 mA on analog input 0, the control will register a feedback signal of
80 in WG. Fed only 4 mA at analog input 0, the control will register a feed-
back signal of 0 in WG.
