Note:
1) Repeat the inspection steps to measure the Index Difference (
i
angle). If the Index difference
can not meet the requirement, you should check whether the three steps of the adjustment are right,
the sighting is right or not and etc. Then set again according to the requirement.
2) If Index Difference still can not meet the requirement after the repeated operation, the instrument
should be returned to service center for inspection and repair.
NOTE: The vertical angles shown in the Vertical Angle 0 Datum adjustment are only for
adjustment, don‟t use it as working result.
