8.5.2.3 Installing the check valve
Component defect
Damage to components due to excessive tightening possible.
Observe the torque of the screw connection
Use 5 Nm torque for stainless steel fi ttings.
Use 1 Nm torque for PEEK fi ttings.
Insert the check valves in the direction of the flow. The notch of the check
valve points downward.
Insert the check valves in the direction of the flow. The arrow on the check
valve points upward.
The check valves have dried.

Manually screw in inlet and
out let fittings and tighten
them with a torque wrench
and the respective torque.
