The  Spiked  Roller  Attachment  is  not  shipped  in  operating  position  because  of  height  and  width   

restrictions.    To  reassemble,  line  up  the lower  hole  in  the  pivot  brackets  (5)  with  the  bushing  in  the 
reach arm and insert the 1” x 6” capscrew (3).  Thread 1” locknut (4) on the end of the bolt and tighten 
until snug against pivot bracket.  

DO  NOT  OVERTIGHTEN

.  The pivot bracket should still be able 

to rotate in the reach arm bushing. Repeat on opposite side. Attach the ratchet assembly (1) to the reach 
arm using the included pin and cotter pin.  Attach the opposite end of the ratchet assembly (1) to the 
top hole on the pivot bracket (5) using the 1” x 4 1/2” capscrew (2).  Thread 1” locknut (4) on the end 
of  the  bolt  and  tighten  until  snug  against  pivot  bracket. 

DO  NOT  OVERTIGHTEN. 

The  ratchet      

assembly should still be able to rotate in the pivot bracket. 
 
 

To set the roller at operating depth, refer to the section on “

Operational Setup
