7 Operation and adjustments
The mower is ready for operation after it is hung on the tractor, lubricated, adjusted and
tested.
Before the obstacle of the cutting device, it is necessary to raise the tractor
hydromechanism.
To move the tractor with a mower for significant distances, the cutting device must be
installed in a vertical (transport) position. To do this, raise the cutting device with the
hydromechanism of the mower and in this position fix it with the lock of the telescopic locking
device. It is also recommended to tie the tent of the mower thus it does not cover the light-
signal equipment of the tractor.
WARNING: IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO ACTIVATE ROTATION OF ROTORS OF A
CUTTING MACHINE IN THE TRANSPORT POSITION!
During the operation of the mower, the tractor, to which it is attached, must move in a straight
line without sudden changes in the direction of travel.
During the first hour of the mower operation, it is necessary to check the tightening of all bolts
and nuts every 15-20 minutes.
If the terrain is flat, work at a speed of up to 15 km / h, on a rough terrain, reduce the speed.
Check the required process parameters:
cut height - using a ruler,
width of the grip - using a tape measure, and
pressure of shoes on the ground - using a dynamometer.
The values of these parameters are specified in clause 3.2.5.
WARNING: IF THE MOWER DOES NOT CUT DOWN (LEAVES TUMBLE), THE ROTOR OF
THE CUTTING MACHINE DOES NOT ROTATE - YOU SHOULD STOP WORK BEFORE REPLACING
THE DEFECTIVE SUPPORT OF THE ROTOR!
CAUTION: FURTHER USE OF THE MOWER SHOULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CUTTING
CARTRIDGE OF THE CUTTING MACHINE, OIL PUMPING AND, AS THE RESULT, EXIT FROM THE
STRAIGHT OF GEAR TRANSMISSIONS THAT IS NOT A WARRANTY CASE!
Operational restrictions
The mower is recommended to be used only for harvesting of natural grasses and sown
cereals on hay, their mixtures and etc.
