3.2.3.1 Replacement of rotor blades of the cut device
Discs, knife bolts and knives are made of hard-alloy hardened materials. Therefore, to ensure
the reliability, durability and safety of the mower, knives, bolts, discs and nuts must be replaced
by original parts specified in the spare parts catalog.
Replacement of knives is made in the following cases:
- knife is bent;
- width of the knife is less than 30 mm (Figure 3.5) (measure 10 mm from the edge of the rotor
disk);
- length of the knife is less than 90 mm (Figure 3.6);
- diameter of the hole of the knife is more than 25 mm (Figure 3.5).
