7. Pour vegetable stock into the mixing bowl.

the mixing bowl.

12. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without any fat and pour into the soup.
Cheese and Ham Pasta
Quantity:
2 portions
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients:
120 ml water
200 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
1 garlic clove (pressed through a garlic press)
200 g small pasta (e. g. soup pasta shells)
100 g boiled ham (cut into fine strips)
Seasoning: Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Pour the water, cream and cream cheese into the mixing bowl and season with salt,
pepper and paprika.
2. Bring the sauce to the boil for approx. 5 minutes at 100 °C on speed level
1
. Insert
the measuring cup into the lid.
3. Place the pasta, ham and garlic in the mixing bowl.
4. Cook at 80 °C on speed level
1
for approx. 9 minutes until the pasta is cooked (see
instruction on pack).
