10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault
The switch is not at START position
The nozzle is dirty
The battery has no electricity
Insufficient oil and low rotation speed
The carton brush already worn
Bad receptacle contact
The fuel injection pump and nozzle don't
deliver the fuel or deliver insufficient fuel
Generator sets can't work and the main switch is off
Engine can't start or fuel is not sufficient
Troubleshooting
Refill
Turn it to START position
The specified oil level should be
between the upper level and lower level
Remove the nozzle and repair it at test table
Check the engine oil level
Clean the nozzle
Charge or replace it
Adjust the throttle bolt and fill in oil
Turn on the main switch
Replace the carton brush
Adjust the receptacle
