ChECkING INTAkE AIR lINE (x)

1. if the hose clamps are loose ,

tighten clamps securely.

2. if the hoses and clamps are dam-

aged, you must replace them at

once. failure to do so could lead

to engine damage.

(1) tie rod lock nut

1. loosen the lock nut and turn the

turnbuckle to adjust the rod length

until the proper toe-in measure-

ment is obtained.

2. check the toe-in value after the tie

rod is adjusted.

3. adjust it again if necessary.

2. turn steering wheel so front

wheels are pointed straight ahead.

3. lower the implement, lock the

parking brake and stop the engine.

4. measure distance between tire

beads (center) at front of tire and

hub height.

5. measure distance between tire

beads at the rear of tire and hub

height.

6. front distance should be 2~8 mm

less than rear distance. if not, ad-
