Using the Main Menu

Saving on a PC
Click [Save] to save the scanned data to a PC.
You can select a desired fi le type from PDF, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, XLS and DOC.
MEMO
When data is saved in the PDF format, white margins may appear around the data.
Saving by Drag & Drop
Saving as an image fi le
Drag the scanned image from the main menu screen and drop it onto the folder in which to
save the image. (The image will be saved in the JPEG fi le format.)
Saving as a text fi le
Drag the icon in the top right-hand corner of the main menu screen and drop it onto the folder
in which to save the image. (The image will be saved in the DOC fi le format.)
MEMO
If the document contains more illustrations and photographs than text, the applicable texts
may be pasted as an image.
Printing
Click [Print] to print the scanned image.
Reediting the Image
Clicking [Edit] displays the edit screen where you can reedit the scanned image (

can also double-click the scan image on the menu screen to display the edit screen.
