INSTALLING THE SAW ONTO THE STAND

NOTE: 

This machine is very heavy. Lifting the machine head onto the stand will

require some form of lifting equipment such as a jack, forklift, or hoist. The lifting

equipment and straps must have a lifting capacity of at least 400 lbs. 

1. Remove the bolts that secure the machine head to the pallet, and position

straps around the machine head, as shown in Fig.4. Make sure the straps are

sufficient to handle the load.  

2. Lift the machine head up and position the cabinet stand underneath. 

3. Line up the mounting bolts with the holes in the top of the stand. Install the

shock absorber rings on the bolts. Lower the machine head down onto the

stand. 

4. Secure the machine head to the stand using two hex. nuts, spring washers at

the rear, and two larger hex. nuts and washers at the front. 

INSTALLING THE COOLANT PUMP SYSTEM

1. Install the pump support plate (A) Fig.5 as shown. Secure the plate with two

hex. bolts and two washers using a 13mm wrench. Install the second support

plate (B) for the tank at the back of the machine with four hex. bolts and 

washers using a 13mm wrench.

2. Mount the coolant pump (A) Fig.6 to the coolant tank (B) as shown with four

hex. bolts and washers using a 10mm wrench. 

3. Slide a hose clamp (C) Fig.6 onto the coolant hose (D). Install the end of the

hose onto the pump outlet (E), and tighten the hose clamp using a screwdriver

as shown in Fig.6. make sure the coolant hose is fastened securely. 

4. Slide a hose clamp (A) Fig.7 onto the other end of the coolant hose (B). Install

the end of the hose onto the fitting (C) on the machine head, and tighten the

hose clamp using a screwdriver. Make sure that the hose is fastened securely.
