ASSEMbLY & SETUP

INSTALLING THE SPLASH GUARDS

1. Using a 6mm hex. key, loosen the two cap screws (A) Fig.16 already installed

on the front of the machine. Slide one of the splash guards (B) behind the

washers and cap screws, retighten cap screws to secure splash guard. 

2. Repeat the above step for the second splash guard, which gets installed to the

back of the machine. 

INSTALLING THE SUPPORT ROLLER

1. Using a 6mm hex. key, loosen and remove the two cap screws and large 

washers (A) Fig.17 already installed on the left side of the machine. Mount the

support roller (B) using the hardware removed. Before tightening the hardware,

position the support roller at the desired height, and tighten the cap screws.

INSTALLING & ADJUSTING THE WORKPIECE STOP

1. Thread the main shaft (A) Fig.18 into the swivel base (B), tighten the hex. nut

(C) using a 14mm wrench. 

2. The main adjustment block (A) Fig.19 slides along the main shaft (B), tighten

the lock knob (C) to secure the main adjustment block. The fine-tuning stop

bar (D) which acts as the workpiece stop is secured with lock knob (E).
