Preparation for Use

Equipment

• Spectrum Analyzer

Procedure

1. Connect the equipment as shown in

2. Set up the spectrum analyzer as follows.

3. Confirm that the signal level is

(calibration output level + 6 dB) ± 5 dB

.

10:1/100:1 Divider Adjustments

This adjustment procedure is used to adjust the 10:1/100:1 divider's gain. This

adjustment requires the Keysight 4195A, any compatible Network Analyzer, or

any compatible Spectrum Analyzer.

Divider Adjustment Setup

If the spectrum analyzer has a tracking generator output, use the tracking

generator output connector instead of the calibration output connector.

Then set the output level to

–10 dBm.
