the value is “Pass” otherwise “Fail”.

• Min Passed Data Rate Deviation [ppm]: This is the minimum passed

data rate deviation that the DUT can tolerate.

• Max Passed Data Rate Deviation [ppm]: This is the maximum passed

data rate deviation that the DUT can tolerate.
