8.2 Problems with mains operation / display

Remove the mains plug, connect
batteries, replace by new batte-
ries if necessary
When the unit is ready to func-
tion, a running light appears on
the display again.

manual mode is possible.

ring operation (see chapter 8.2 “Ad-
ditional functions”).

Flap closes too often within a short
time
Caution: Check position of the ope-
rating valve! The control attempts to
close the flap 3 x in the interval and
perhaps eliminate the blocking object
in the process. If the object can be re-
moved by the flap movement during
these cycles, the system is ready to
be used again. If this does not work,
the system switches to fault. Ackno-
wledgement of the acoustic signal is
possible. It is also possible to remove
the object by flushing the line. This
can be checked by pressing the test
key again. In the event of a negative
result, the fault message appears
again; the object must be removed as
described under remedial measures.
