Warranty and liability
The „General Conditions of Sale and Delivery“ of Kesseböhmer Ergonomietechnik GmbH apply.
These are available to the operator on the date the contract is concluded at the latest. Warranty
and liability claims for personal injury and property damage are excluded if they are caused by
one or more of the following reasons:

Improper use of the handset
t
Disregard of the documentation
t
Unauthorized changes to the handset
t
Improper work on and with the handset
t
Operating the handset when damaged
t
Inadequate monitoring of system parts that are subject to wear
t
Improperly performed repairs
t
Unauthorized, improper change to operating parameters
t
Disasters, influence of external elements and force majeure
The handset has le& our factory in excellent condition and ensures a high level of technical
safety. A&er installation, this excellent condition must be ensured.
