BEEP TONE
When you press a key, a beep will emit from the transceiver.
To turn the beep tone on or off:
1 Enter the Setting Mode {page 24}.
2 Press the or key to select “ ”.
3 Press the MENU key then press or
to select “ ” (beep tone on) or “ ”
(beep tone off).
MODE RESET TIMER
This function returns the transceiver to the channel display
after a preset timer expires while in Setting mode or ID List
mode.
To set the mode reset timer:
1 Enter the Setting Mode {page 24}.
2 Press the or key to select “ ”.
3 Press the MENU key then press or
to select “ ” (timer off), “ ” (10
seconds), “ ” (30 seconds).
