Homeothermic Regulation:
Homeothermic regulation allows you to set and control the body temperature of the
animal. The mode requires the use of the body and pad temperature sensors.
To use Unregulated Warming, connect both pad and body sensors.
1. Use the – and + icons to set the target body temperature of the animal.
2. The pad will automatically begin to warm.

Procedure for Use
1. Place the anesthetized animal on the warming pad directly on top of the
Pad Sensor.
2. If using Homeothermic regulation, insert the animal temperature probe into
the rectum of the animal. Secure the probe if necessary.
Always secure the pad temperature probe beneath the animal.
