3. Before first using your product

Remove the device from its packaging.
DANGER to cHIlDREN
Risk of death from swallowing or choking on packaging
material .
Keep the packaging material away from children.
Dispose of it immediately.
Before using the pressure cooker for the first time,
wash the inner bowl, the removable inner lid and the
rubber seal of the inner lid with warm, soapy water.
The rubber seal of the inner lid should be removed by
pressing the metal button on the surface.
Rinse using clear water and dry thoroughly.
Do not immerse electrical parts in water!
Ensure that the rubber seal is correctly re-positioned in
the inner lid. Fill 2/3 of the inner bowl with water and
put the lid on the pressure cooker.
close the lid in a clockwise direction and then to the
right, until you hear it snap into place. Then put the
steam valve on the opening of the steam nozzle on the
lid. Start the ‚RIcE‘ cooking mode and run the program
for 15 minutes. Wait another 15 minutes after the pro -
gram ends and then exert pressure on the steam nozzle
in order for the steam to be released slowly.
Leave the device to cool down to room temperature.
