HOW TO USE THE HALF RACK
Bar Catch
Cantilever Spotting Bar
Bar Catch and Cantilever Spotting Bars
Set the left- and right-hand side components to the desired position.
Ensure the corresponding components are set at the same height on the opposing post.
Resistance and Iron Weight
Control the resistance using the Thumb Buttons or Foot Pedals.

When using an eChip, iron weight can be entered
manually on the Power Display. Use the window
arrow buttons to enter the total weight on the bar,
beginning at the far right-hand side.
