1) Click
“Password Reset“ on IPCSearch and a window will pop up, as shown below. Click
“Copy” behind Serial No. and click the password reset link or scan the QR code to enter
the link.

2) On the interface of Restore Password, paste the Serial Number and fill in Email address.
Input the Verification Code and click “Get Security Code”.

3) Login to the email address to get a security code and fill in the
“
Command
” blank in
Picture 2-7 and click

OK
”.
4) Please remember the new password (admin123 by default) shown in the popup window
and click
“OK”. The device will reboot.
