1) Switching velocity is too small

If the switching velocity < crawl speed the drive accelerates to the
crawl speed. The ogive status is constantly 0, because no ogive
drive will be done.
2) Switching velocity is too high
There are two different examples:

The drive decelerates directly into the crawl drive and the ogive
status is adjusted to 4, because no ogive drive can be done.
