Making Initial Settings
When you turn the power on for the first time you purchase the
product, the initial settings screen appears automatically. Follow the
on-screen instructions to set each function.
Functions to set may vary depending on the operation conditions.

You can transfer the data from your previous smartphone. Tap
[Next] and follow the on-screen instructions.

Setting Up a Google Account
The setup screen for a Google account appears when you start an
application, etc. which needs a Google account though you have not
set it up.

If you already have your Google account, enter your Gmail™
address or phone number

[Next]
→
Enter the password
→
[Next] and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you do not have your Google account, tap "Create account"
and register the account following the on-screen instructions.

Though you can use the product without setting up a Google
account, you cannot use Google services such as Gmail, Google
Play™, etc.
◎ You can also set up your Google account from the Home screen
→ [Apps list] → [Settings] → [Passwords & accounts] → [Add
account]

[Google].

Setting Permissions for
Applications
When you first activate an application/function that accesses the
product's functions and information, First things first confirmation
screen appears.
• The type or contents of displayed confirmation screen varies
depending on the application/function.

follow the on-screen instructions.
