Getting ready
Charging
When you purchase your terminal, the battery pack is not
fully charged. Be sure to charge the battery pack before use.
■ Charging times (approximate)
These times are to fully recharge the battery pack while
the IS12F is turned off. The charging times increase if the
power is on or the temperature is low during charging.
Desktop Holder
Approximately 190 minutes

※ When connecting Desktop Holder and common AC adapter 03 (sold separately),
and "Desktop holder charge setting" is set to "Quick charge (AC adapter)".
■ Adapter for charging
In addition, the specified AC adapter (sold separately) or DC
adapter (sold separately) is needed.
◎ The common AC adapter 01 (sold separately) uses 100 VAC
used for households in Japan. Do not use single-phase 200 V
current or voltage converters for overseas use.
◎ It takes longer if you charge with Connect common AC adapter
01 (sold separately) or Connect common AC adapter 02
(sold separately). In addition, 18-core microUSB adapter (sold
separately) is required.
◎ The common AC adapter 02/03 (sold separately) supports 100
to 240 VAC. Use only the common AC adapter 02/03 (sold
separately) for charging overseas.
Charging using the Desktop Holder and
AC adapter (sold separately)
The following describes how to charge the battery pack
using the Desktop Holder. Specified AC adapter (sold
separately) is needed. (Note that your AC adapter may be
different from this illustration.)
• Set "Desktop holder charge setting" to "Quick charge (AC
adapter)" in advance.
Connect the microUSB plug of the AC adapter
(sold separately) to the Desktop Holder
Make sure the shapes of the microUSB plug of the AC
adapter (sold separately), and insert the it straight and
horizontally into the jack.
Put the IS12F with battery pack attached
into the Desktop Holder
Insert the power plug of the AC adapter (sold
separately) to the outlet
The LED indicator lights in red while charging
It turns off when charging is complete.
