Power
1. Faulty connection of the control panel and
the connector.
Re-plug the 5 – pin plug into the socket at the
side of the wheelchair.
2. Low power supply, the power cut off
automatically
If the power is off automatically, the batteries
must be recharged within 2 hours, and charged
for 7-8 hours.
3. Fault of the 4 – pin plug connecting to the
battery
Pull out the battery and check the contact for any
fault and re-insert the battery.

Control Panel
1. The battery life indicator displays red
alarm: low battery power.
Charge the batteries immediately.
2. The control panel does not display.
Reconnect the plugs of the two ends of the
control panel cable, or replace the control panel.
3. Communication failure: the controller
broadcasts the malfunction sound. The center
icon is the exclamation mark. The wheelchair
cannot drive.
Power off the wheelchair. Then check if the plug
connection of the controller is loose. Reboot
after fastening.
4. The center icon display left/right wheel
malfunction. The wheelchair is unable to
drive. Left/right motor is broken.
Re-insert and tighten the motor connector and
check if the motor unlocking button is locked. If
the problem cannot be solved, please contact the
distributor to repair.
5. The electromagnetic brake is in “Unlock”
position and the wheelchair cannot move.
Push the electromagnetic brake lever to “Lock”
position.

Manual
Mode Knob
1. The power wheelchair cannot move when
using the joystick.
Refer to the instruction of Manual Mode Knob:
Switch the manual mode knobs of both sides to
the “OFF” position. If the problem cannot be
solved, please contact the distributor to repair.

Motor
1. Noise and vibration occur in the running
course of the motor.
Contact the customer service.
5
Battery Life
Decreases
1. Drive in the Low temperature environment
below zero centigrade.
It is normal as this is the characteristics of
lithium batteries.
2. Drive on the slopes or rough roads.
It is normal as driving on these places can
accelerate battery consumption.
3. Battery use has exceeded its service life.
Contact customer service to replace the battery.

Charging
1. Faulty connection of the control panel and
the battery connector.
Reconnect the 3 – pin plug into the battery
connector at the side of the wheelchair.
2. Controller is damaged.
Contact customer service to replace the
controller.
3. Charger plug is damaged.
Contact customer service to replace the charger
plug.
4. Charging plug is loosened.
Recheck and firmly reconnect.

Fail to Start
When Power On
After not using for a period or the over-
discharge protector is activated.
Power on again after charging. If the problem
cannot be solved, please contact the distributor
to repair.
Left-side
Motor
Fault:
Unable
to
communicate with the left wheel drive;
Left-side motor is broken.
Solutions
：
Power off the wheelchair.
Then reboot it after fastening the motor
plug. If the problem cannot be solved,
please contact the distributor to repair.
Communication failure: The wheelchair cannot
drive. Communication system is broken. The
center icon is the exclamation mark.
Solutions: Power off the wheelchair. Then check
if the plug connection of the control panel is
loose. Reboot after fastening. If the problem
cannot be solved, please contact the distributor
to repair.
Joystick Failure: The center icon displays
joystick malfunction.
Solutions: Keep the joystick in the middle
position and reboot the wheelchair. If the
problem cannot be solved, please contact the
distributor to repair.
Button failure: The button is in error state.
Solutions: Contact the distributor to repair.
Overheat: The internal temperature of the driver
or controller is too high, which may cause a
malfunction and the wheelchair may not work
properly.
Solutions: Power off the wheelchair and wait 10
minutes before rebooting. If the problem cannot
be solved, please contact the distributor to
repair.
Right-side Motor Fault: Unable to
communicate with the right wheel drive;
Right-side motor is broken.
Solutions
：
Power off the wheelchair.
Then reboot it after fastening the motor
plug. If the problem cannot be solved,
please contact the distributor to repair.
