As shown in Fig. E6, electromagnetic unlocking valve is in the lock position with the pristine condition. 
When  the  wheelchair  is  out  of  power,  the  electromagnetic  unlocking  valve
brakes urgently, which avoids the risk that the wheelchair slips off the slope without being controlled.
