Disintegrate cylinder head cover
1. Remove the two NC250 rocker shaft positioning plate
bolts M14 × 1 from the cylinder head cover.
2. Remove the inlet and exhaust rocker arm shafts and the
inlet and exhaust rocker arms.
Disintegrate cylinder head
Use the valve remover to press down the valve spring
and remove the valve lock clip; then relax the valve
remover and remove the valve spring seat, valve spring and
valve.
Note:
1. In order to prevent permanent deformation
of the valve spring, do not compress the valve
spring excessively, as long as the valve lock clip
can be removed;
2. All the removed parts should be marked to
ensure that the original assembly position is
reached during assembly.
