For large equipment (e. g. model trimming
systems, devesting and blasting systems
etc.), the recommended hose diameter is
50 mm

(to 4 m).
Push the suction hoses onto the appropriate
connection brackets (50 mm diameter) and
secure with hose clips against accidental
detachment.
Install the suction hose up to the collection
point. If necessary, cut suction hose to
length so that it can be inserted into the
suction unit without hanging down (and
also without being under tension).
Fasten suction hose to extraction point .
For connection to large equipment (suction
hose 50 mm
∅
), fit straight socket and
connect to pipe union.
Insert pipe bend
with suction hose into
suction unit.
Steep rises and “sagging“ in the hose
should be avoided. Use hose clips as
required.
Connect suction route switching modul Í
(only with more than 1 suction openings)
to compressed air line (max. 6 bar) and set
an output pressure of 0.8 bar with the pres-
sure-regulating valve
.
Slide dust collector under the work bench.
