and needs to be cleaned.
Hollow Cathode did not start. In
this case, HLP 10 is also dis-
played on the Keeper Power Sup-
ply. Review the HLP 10 message
for the keeper supply below in
table 7.2.
For initial operation at a new
operating condition, the gas

may be too high or too low. De-
crease or increase

Open or shorted discharge (an-
ode) cable. Inspect in vacuum
discharge cable and replace if
necessary. Not all damage to the
discharge cable may be appar-
ent; in this case replacing the
cable may be the only evidence
