ATTENTION
Risk of damage if maintenance is not carried out on
time or is carried out incorrectly!
Maintenance that is not carried out on time or is carried
out incorrectly can cause damage to the device.
Observe the specified maintenance intervals and carry
out the maintenance work as described.
Only use original Kärcher original parts or equivalent
parts for maintenance.
Engine maintenance
1. Service the engine according to the instructions in
the engine operating instructions.
Cleaning the water sieve (monthly)
ATTENTION
Risk of damage!
When operating without a water sieve or with a dam-
aged one, contamination may enter the device and
damage it.
Check the water sieve for damage before fitting it into
the water spigot. Replace a damaged water sieve.
Do not operate the device without a water sieve.
1. Stop the engine, see engine operating instructions.
2. Close the water tap.
3. Remove the water hose at the coupling plug.
4. Remove the coupling plug on the water spigot, see
chapter
Installing the coupling plug on the water
5. Remove the water sieve from the union nut on the
water spigot.

6. Clean the water sieve under running water.
7. Check the water sieve for damage and replace if
necessary.
8. Fit the water sieve into the union nut on the water
spigot.
9. Mount the coupling plug on the water spigot, see
chapter
Installing the coupling plug on the water
Cleaning the jet nozzle (if necessary)
1. Remove the jet nozzle from the spray lance, see
chapter
.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage!
There is a danger of damaging the nozzle geometry
when cleaning the jet nozzle.
Never insert the cleaning needle or other objects into
the nozzle opening.
Only apply the cleaning needle to the back of the jet
nozzle.
2. Insert the cleaning needle into the jet nozzle from
the rear and loosen the dirt.

3. Flush the jet nozzle with water from the front and
rear.
4. Fit the jet nozzle onto the spray lance, see chapter
.
Replacing the sealing rings on the high-
pressure hose and high-pressure gun (if
necessary)
1. Depressurize the device, see chapter
coupling plug on the water spigot
2. Remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pres-
sure nozzle and high-pressure gun, see chapter
the high-pressure hose to the high-pressure spigot
and high-pressure gun
.
3. Replace the sealing rings on the connections of the
high-pressure hose.

5. Replace the sealing ring on the front connection of
the high-pressure gun.
Checking tire pressure (if necessary)
몇
WARNING
Risk of injury and damage due to incorrect tire pres-
sure!
Incorrect tire pressure can cause the tire to burst. A
burst tire can cause injuries.
Check the tire pressure regularly and set it correctly.
Observe the max. tire pressure indicated on the tire.
1. Check the tire pressure and correct it if necessary,
see chapter
