7.19 Deactivating the juice lines

The juice lines can be deactivated and activated manually. Press the Service-Button until „out“ is 
displayed. Now press the respective juice line buttons to activate/deactivate. 

The deactivation is saved in a non-volatile memory.

7.20 Bag-Empty-Control of a product dispensing line and calibration mode

The Bag-Empty-Control can be deactivated and activated per product dispensing line. The pre-
requisite for activation is an existing juice reference value for the respective product dispensing 
line. In addition, the product dispensing line must be activated (see chapter 7.19).

Taste vorzuwählen (wird für 3 Sekunden gehalten), bevor der zu Bearbeitende Auslauf gewählt 

wird. 

Mit Auswahl des Auslaufs wird die zugehörige Portionierungszeit in 1/10 Sekunden angezeigt und 

die zugehörige Auslauf-Taste leuchtet. Zum Bearbeiten der Zeit ist die versteckte Taste zu 

betätigen. Nun kann über die Auslauftasten die Zeit in 1/10 Sekunden verändert (+/-) oder auf Null 

(0) gesetzt werden. Das Speichern der neuen Portionierzeit erfolgt durch Betätigung der Service 

Taste für 3 Sekunden. Während dieser Zeit blinkt die Anzeige. 

Eine kurze Betätigung der Service Taste bricht das Bearbeiten ohne zu speichern ab. 

 

3.14 Deaktivieren eines Auslaufs 

Ein Auslauf kann manuell deaktiviert und aktiviert werden. Dazu wird im Normalbetrieb über die 

Service Taste der Auslaufmodus angewählt (Anzeige ‚out’). 

 

Jetzt können durch Betätigen der einzelnen Zapftasten die jeweiligen Ausläufe deaktiviert und 

aktiviert werden. Der Zustand wird über die Tasten LEDs angezeigt. 

 

Die Auslaufdeaktivierung wird netzausfallsicher gespeichert. 

 

 

3.15 Bag-Leer Erkennung eines Auslaufs und Einmessbetrieb 

Die Bag-Leer Erkennung kann je Auslauf deaktiviert und aktiviert werden. Voraussetzung für das 

Aktivieren ist ein vorhandener Saft Referenzleitwert für den jeweiligen Auslauf. Außerdem muss 

der Auslauf aktiviert sein (3.14). 

Mit der Service Taste in das Bag-

Leer Erkennung Menu wechseln (Anzeige ‚Ebd‘) und dort durch 

Betätigen der einzelnen Zapftasten die Bag-Leer Erkennung für den jeweiligen Auslauf 

deaktivieren oder aktivieren. 

 

Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit, das Gerät in den Einmessbetrieb zu versetzen  

(Anzeige ‚cAl‘)

. Im Einmessbetrieb erfolgt kein automatischer Rücksprung nach 30s in die Anzeige 

der Trinktemperatur.

Während dieses Betriebs ist die Bag-Leer Erkennung deaktiviert. Die Konzentration des Saftes 

kann jetzt eingestellt werden. Aus diesem Menu heraus wird 

im ‚Freeflow‘ Betrieb unabhängig von 

einem gesteckten Portionierungsdongle gezapft. 

Mit dem Betätigen einer Zapftaste wird der bisherige Saft Referenzleitwert gelöscht. Am Ende des 

Zapfvorgangs wird eine neue Refernz ermittelt, wenn der Zapfvorgang länger als 0,2s gedauert 

hat. Ausläufe ohne Referenz werden durch eine blinkende Zapftaste angezeigt. 

Beim Verlassen des Einmessbetriebs werden die ermittelten Referenzen gespeichert.

mode, there is no automatic return after 30s in the display of the drinking temperature.

  During this operation, the Bag-Empty-Control is deactivated. The concentration of the 

juice can now be adjusted. From this menu, dispensing is done in „free-flow“ mode, re

gardless of a connected portioning dongle.

  By pressing a product dispensing button, the previous juice reference value is deleted. At 

the end of the dispensing process, a new reference is determined if the dispensing process 
has lasted longer than 0.2 s.

  When leaving the calibration mode, the references set are saved.
