Press the mixing spout down until it contacts the mechanical stop on the concentrate inlet.

Prior to dispensing the very first drink, press the respective tap for approx. 1 min. in order
to dispense only water (rinsing the water line).

Open the concentrate valve – the juice dispenser is now ready.
6.2 Water flow/concentrate supply control
IMPORTANT
Only an authorised technician shall be permitted to adjust the water flow and the
concentrate supply line in order to guarantee the best-tasting juice.
Use the left screw (10) on the mixing valve to calibrate the water flow and the right screw (11) to
calibrate the concentrate.
