REPAIRING DAMAGED TABS
Now you can grind the spare material.
HINT: Control the tempo/ rate of grinding
to make sure that the material does not
heat again.
Clean both edges with the supplied grinder.
Wait untill the plastic cooled down and lay down
the Melting-Strip like a bridge to the other cleaned
edge.
Heat the back of the Melting-Strip, for flex it. Start
fusing the Melting-Strip with the damaged plastic
part on the other side. Ensure an absolute fixation
Repeat the previous steps on the other side.
Smooth the still warm side with the supplied pla-
stic vice.
ADVISE: For more flexibility and fixation melt
in a clip with our PLASTOCLIP. Use it for sub-
structure.
Start fusing the Melting-Strips with the damaged
plastic part. Ensure an absolute fixation.
