Cooler cleaning:
1. Seal off the air intakes of the engine and compressor air filters before starting cleaning.
2. Unscrew the sealing plugs of the drainage openings from the floor pan to drain water from the
machine's floor pan.
3. Remove the sound damping louvres in front of the cooler/radiator.
4. Clean the cooling fins with compressed air, water or steam jet in the opposite direction to the
cooling air flow (from outside to inside).
5. Replace the sound damping louvre.
6. Remove the protective coverings from the air filters.
7. Screw the sealing plugs into the drainage openings of the floor pan.
8. Turn on the «battery isolating switch».
9. Replace the panels.
10. Start the machine and run up to operating temperature so that excess water is evaporated.
Check the cooler/radiator for leaks:
1. Remove both front panels.
2. Visually inspect for leaks: Does oil or cooling water escape?
Is a cooler/radiator leaking?
➤ Have the defective cooler repaired or replaced immediately by KAESER SERVICE.
➤ Replace the panels.
Clean the cooler fins only in a washing area equipped with an oil separator!
