Function: Reads the different values of the battery.
Bat_Type: 0 = Li-ION, 1 = NIMH,
2 = Not Initialized
Bat_Voltage: Voltage of the battery (unit is
0.1V)
Bat_Current: Current of the battery (unit is
0.1A)
Chrg_Current: Charge Current (unit is 10mA)
