IMPORTANT

Before using the remote control for the 
following operation;
1 Set the Karaoke mode switch to 

ON

.

2 Press 

KARAOKE

 button so that 

“KARAOKE” appears on the display 
window.

Masking the vocal recorded on a normal 
disc [VOCAL MASK]

You can enjoy Karaoke with a normal 
disc (containing no multiplex audio or 
multi-sound Karaoke audio, etc.) by 
attenuating the frequencies around a human voice with this 
function. Note that this setting is applied only to the current disc.

NOTE

• Be sure to utilize KARAOKE SOUND function for a Karaoke discs 

containing multiplex audio or “Multi-sound Karaoke” audio, etc.

When using the VOCAL button:

Press VOCAL.

The following pop-up window appears on the TV screen.
• Be sure to go to the next step within five seconds while the 

pop-up window is displayed on the TV screen.
