Troubleshooting
This chapter allows the user to identify and rectify basic faults or the effects of incor-
rect operation. When trying to locate a fault, proceed in the order shown in the table.

Truck does not start
– Battery connector not

– Key switch set to O.
– Battery charge too low.
– Gate not closed.
– Two-hand operation not

– Check battery connec-
tor and plug in if neces-
sary.
– Unlatch main switch
– Set key switch to “I”.
– Check battery charge,
charge battery if neces-
sary
– Close gates on either
side of the operator plat-
form.
– Press two-hand opera-
tion button (

).
– Press deadman switch.
– Check fuses 1F and F1.
Load cannot be lifted
– Truck not operational.
– Hydraulic oil level too
low.
– Gate not closed.
– Two-hand operation not
pressed (

).
– Battery discharge moni-
tor has switched off.
– Faulty fuse.
– Load is too heavy.
– Carry out all measures
listed under “Truck does
not start”.
– Check hydraulic oil level.
– Close gates on either
side of the operator plat-
form.
– Press two-hand opera-
tion button (
o
).
– Charge the battery.
– Check fuses 2F1 and
2F2 (
o
).
– Note maximum capacity
(see data plate).
