(2) Cleaning the bobbin and bobbin case

* Be sure to carry out cleaning of the periph

ery of hook every working day.

When sewing some types of materials, a great

deal of dust can be generated. In such a case,

carry out cleaning of the periphery of hook several

times a day where necessary.

1) Wipe off oil and dust gathering on the bobbin

case. In particular, carefully wipe off oil and

dust from the bobbin case shaft section.

In addition, blow away oil and dust gathering

under the bobbin idling prevention spring

inside the bobbin case with an air gun.

(3) Cleaning the mechanical section

Carry out cleaning of the mechani-
cal section once a twice a week.
1) Carry out cleaning of each belt
