Recommended tools :
To adjust and service the electric scooter you will need the following tools :

Allen Keys: M5, M2.5
•
Wrenches: M13-15, M8-10
•
Large adjustable Crescent Wrench
•
Cross-point screwdriver
•
Oil, grease or lubricant
Maintenance Schedule
Proper care of your electric scooter will insure optimal performance and longer life span.
The following maintenance suggestions will allow you to keep your electric scooter running in the
best conditions :
Daily Maintenance : Perform each time you ride your electric scooter
•
Clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp rag.
•
Check that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
•
Check battery charger for any frayed / cut wires.
Replacing the drive belt
The bad condition of the drive belt can be detected during acceleration: if noises and vibrations
begin to appear at the rear and the scooter has trouble with the acceleration, it is time to tighten or
change the belt.
Here are the steps to follow :
Step 1
The belt is located on the rear
wheel of your scooter
Step 2
Insert the Allen key provided
into the 3 screws and unscrew
them.
Step 3
Remove the crankcase and the
3 screws.
Step 4
Take some pliers to loosen the
nut.
Step 5
Remove the nut and the clam-
ping plate.
Step 6
Flip the back part of the scooter
over and repeat step 3.
Step 7
With Allen key, unscrew the 3
screws and then take out the
plastic crankcase.
Step 8
With the pliers, unscrew the
nut.
