for people aged 14 years and older. It has a maximum load capacity of 80 kg.

The technical characteristics of this scooter, in particular the lack of rear lighting and the presence
of a unique braking device, which doesn’t comply with the provisions of Articles R313-5 2nd para-
graph and R315-1 1st paragraph of the Traffic Regulations Code exclude the user from being able
to drive on the public roads. Sidewalks and bicycle paths are suitable for scooters.
The minimum age for use is 14 years old. It is necessary to always wear protective equipment
such as for knees, elbows and hands and a helmet.
The scooter is designed to carry only one person at a time - Do not ride two on the scooter.
The scooter is not designed to jump or drop from sidewalks and is not suitable for any other spor-
ting use.
Do not use on slopes or indoors.
Respect the speed of your environment.
Use the scooter on flat, clean and dry surfaces.
Do not use the scooter at night, in a poorly lit place, in the rain or on wet roads (this alters
the engine and the batteries) or on icy conditions.
Before using the scooter, always check the braking system.
The dealer is not responsible for the owner’s misuse of the scooter.
The seller, importer, and manufacturer of this product are not responsible for damages or claims
for personal or third-party damage due to the use of this scooter. You ride and use this scooter at
your own risk and under your own responsibility. If you can not assume these responsibilities, do
not use this scooter.
