Recommendations for use
• People without excellent vision, without balance, with poor coordination, bad reflexes should not
use this product.
• The 14+ year old standard suggests using the product under adult supervision at all times. Mi-
nors without adult supervision should not use this product.
• It is necessary to always wear protective equipment: helmet, protections for knees, elbows and
hands.
• The scooter is designed to carry only one at a time - Do not ride two on the scooter. Its carrying
capacity is 80 kg maximum.
• People who do not want or cannot take responsibility for their own actions should not use this
product.
• The user of this product assumes all risks associated with its use. To minimize these risks, the
user must wear safety helmet, goggles, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads and appropriate shoes.
• This product is an ELECTRICAL DEVICE! DO NOT use the scooter in wet conditions, puddles
water or rain. The scooter is not designed to jump or go down sidewalks or for anything other spor-
ting use. Do not use on slopes or indoors. Respect the speed of your environment. Use the scoo-
ter on flat, clean and dry surfaces.
• Forbidden use on public roads. The technical characteristics of this scooter, including the ab-
sence of rear lighting and the presence of a single braking device, in contravention of provisions of
Articles R313-5 2nd paragraph and R315-1 1st paragraph of the Traffic Regulations Code, exclude
the user from being able to drive on public roads. Sidewalks and bike paths are adapted to the
practice of the scooter.
• Do not use the scooter at night, in a poorly lit place, in the rain or on a wet road (This alters the
engine and the batteries).
• The scooter must be assembled and adjusted by an adult, then the children can drive it.
• This device is not intended for use by people (including children) whose physical sensory or men-
tal abilities are reduced, or by people without experience or knowledge, unless they have been
able to benefit, through a person responsible for their safety, from surveillance or prior instructions
regarding the use of the device.
• To safely carry the scooter, be sure to switch in the «Off» position.
• This scooter does not exceed the legal vibration threshold in Europe.
• This scooter does not exceed the threshold of 70dB.
• The distributor is not responsible for the improper use of the scooter by its owner. The seller,
importer, and manufacturer of this product are not liable for any damages or claims for personal
injury or to third parties due to the use of this scooter. You ride and use this scooter at your own
risk and under your sole responsibility. if you cannot assume these responsibilities, do not use this
scooter.
