Measurement preparations

i-track II

Mobile target scales

Before measurement, assemble the front and rear target pairs as displayed in the diagram below:

The four aluminum rails are for storing the scales on wall.

NOTE

Check the calibration of the portable work bay regularly.

See the instructions in the installation guide.

Before starting measurement, position the targets in a box formation as close to the frame centre line

as possible.

Procedure for work bay setup

1. Mount all wheel adapters on the vehicle.
2. Mount the measuring heads on the rear axle.

3. Click on

[Setup]

in the measurement window in the software.

4. Click on

[Center Mobile Scales].
