INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
At the first use of UNIVERSAL , wash pre-
viously all the accessories ( NOT the body
of the appliance ).
For any use place the appliance on a stable
surface by adhering the suction feet.

blending, beat the egg whites
With plug disconnected from the outlet
and the (G) button on 0, rotate the release
lever (F), lift the upper body (A).
Assembly the transparent protective cover
(H) by locking in place with a counter-
clockwise rotation.
Insert by pressing one of the accessories
(L, M, N) and turn it counter-clockwise to
lock. Choose the accessory according to
the intended use:
Flat beater (N) for normal or heavy mixes
(cakes, biscuits, glaze made from cream,
fast-rising bread, small sponge cake, mea-
tloaf, puree, pie dough).
Wire whip (M) to mount (eggs, sponge
cake, eggs white, savoiardi, thick cream,
mayonnaise, cooked glaze, some candies).
Hook (L) to mix and knead dough with
yeast (bread, cakes for coffee, focacce,
pizza dough).
Place the bowl (J) on the basic body (B) and
lock it (LOCK) with a counter-clockwise
rotation. Put all ingredients into the bowl,
lower the upper body (A), insert the plug
into an outlet suitable and start the ap-
pliance by pressing the button (G).
