Breakfast
Croissants
Preheat the appliance with the thermostat
at 105°C.
To heat croissants:
3-6 minutes.
Frozen croissants:
6-10 minutes.
Sandwiches to heat
Rub wet hands over the sandwich and
place on the high grate, repeat the opera-
tion with other sandwiches. Set the ther-
mostat to 105 °C for 5-10 minutes. The
bread will be just like fresh oven-baked
bread.
Steamed vegetables and fish baked in
tinfoil
Wrap the vegetables in tinfoil, fasten so it
won't open or be sucked in by the fan.
Place the tinfoil in such a way the air cir-
culates around it.
If necessary, use grate N as a platform
over other food to cook.
Fish can also be cooked in tinfoil.
Add a little lemon juice and some sliced
vegetables.
Grilled bacon
Take the rind and excess fat off the bacon
slices. Place the slices on the high grate.
