If necessary, use a nylon or polyester cloth.
Do not use steel pads or abrasive materials.
Never use solvents or strong detergents.
Basket L can be washed in the same way as
the bowl.
Lid A must only be cleaned with a soft,
damp cloth while paying attention the li-
quids do NOT penetrate inside.
PRE-WASHING
Use a pre-wash to make cleaning easier.
Take the plug out of the electricity socket.
Pour in about 4 centimetres of water and a
drop of delicate detergent.
Grates M and N during this phase can be
placed inside.
Position the lid.
Insert the plug in the electricity socket.
Adjust the thermostat to WASH and set the
timer for 10 minutes.
The hot air circulation creates a turbo wash
action that removes any food residue.
If particularly dirty, repeat the washing
operation for another 2 or 3 minutes.
When the time indicates Off, remove the lid.
Leave to cool and rinse the bowl with luke-
warm water to remove any trace of deter-
gent, then rinse it.

How to roast
Place the meat directly on grate N.
Consider the cooking time can vary a lot
based on the size of the piece of meat and
the level of cooking desired.
Consult the table for further instructions.
How to bake
Place the food in a metal or tempered glass
container.
If you don’t have the right sized tin, you
can use a sheet of aluminium as a contai-
ner, taking care to size it so that once in-
side the bowl it enables adequate hot air
circulation around the food.
How to grill
Place the food directly on the grate.
For very thick slices of meat, turn the food
half way through cooking.
The time necessary for satisfactory grilling
can vary based on the dimensions, quantity
of fat, etc.
How to steam cook
You can steam cook vegetables also while
cooking the main dish by placing them in
a tinfoil sealed bag with a drop of water
inside.
You can add a cup of water to the bowl,
with herbs, salt and spices for fish or ve-
getables.
How to fry
To make chips, emerge the potato strips in
polyunsaturated cooking oil; this will allow
the excess oil to flow off and cook based
on the cooking guide.
To make delicious fried chicken, emerge
the pieces in the batter and then in the
cooking oil, drain the excess oil and cook
according to the table.
How to toast
To make perfectly toasted bread or sliced
bread, place directly on grate N and check
it as it toasts.
It should be crunchy on the outside and
soft inside.
To improve stale crackers, crisps or even
biscuits, place them on the grate for a few
minutes at the maximum temperature.
They will regain their original crunchiness.
