Description
Writeable
Economizer Damper Min Position
High Speed Fan
This is the value used as the damper minimum position when the supply
fan is operating at the supply fan high speed threshold value or higher
and the demand control ventilation (DCV) or outside airflow features are
not increasing or lowering the damper position. This value should be
higher than the damper min position low speed fan value
Y
Economizer Damper Min Position
Low Speed Fan
This is the value used as the damper minimum position when the supply
fan is operating at the supply fan low speed threshold value or lower and
the DCV or outside airflow features are not increasing or lowering the
damper position. This value should be lower than the damper min position
high speed fan value
Y
Supply Fan Low Speed Threshold
The percentage command of the supply fan where the damper minimum
position is set to the damper min position low speed fan. Supply fan high
speed threshold is not adjustable and is fixed at 100%
Y
Demand Ventilation Max
Economizer Position
This is the upper limit of the minimum position that the damper may
assume due to a high indoor air quality IAQ measurement. Only used in
the DCV Reset strategy
Y
Maximum Outside Airflow
This is the maximum outside airflow rate (CFM)

Return Air Damper Command
This output is the current % output to the return air damper
N
Reutrn Fan % Override Mode
This input allows the return fan VFD to be overridden. None = No
Override, Software = Position Override from user interface or MAP,
Hardware = Manually Override From Potentiometer on Analog Input. Set
back to none to release the override command
Y
Reutrn Fan % Override Position
This input allows the return fan VFD to be overridden to this adjusted
value when the return fan % override mode point is set to software
Y
Return Fan Discharge Pressure
This input is the current return fan discharge pressure
N
Return Fan Pressure High Setpoint
This input is the high threshold for the return fan discharge pressure setpoint
Y
Return Fan Pressure Low Setpoint
This input is the low threshold for the return fan discharge pressure setpoint
Y
Return Flow Value
This input is the current return airflow
N
Return Pickup Gain
This input is the current return air VP sensor gain. This value can be
adjusted in order to correct the return airflow reading
Y
Return Area
This input is the area of the return air duct or fan cowling
Y
Return Fan Differential Flow
Setpoint
This input defines how far below the discharge airflow the return air VFD
should be running
Y
Building Static Pressure
This input is used in the modulating building static pressure control
and VFD building static pressure control states. It is the building static
pressure sensor value
N
Building Pressure Setpoint
This input is used as the setpoint to control the building static pressure

Exhaust Damper % Command
This output is the current % output to the exhaust air damper
N
Exhaust Damper % Override Mode
This input allows the exhaust damper command to be overridden. None
= No Override, Software = Position Override from user interface or MAP,
Hardware = Manually Override From Potentiometer on Analog Input. Set
back to none to release the override command
