LSS TESTING AND EVALUATION

Confirm Load Sensing System Performance with Calibrated
Weights:

1.

Operate the vehicle from Ground Control and place the
platform in the fully stowed position for safety. Place
120% of the machines rated load in the center of the
platform and ensure that the overload visual and audible
warnings are active. Reduce the platform load to 100%
rated load and ensure that the warnings are not active.
For vehicles with multiple capacities, evaluate each
operating mode with the proper rated load.
