REMARKS:
1) Computer can display 2 pages. One is for Sport Data displaying Distance, Time and Calories.
Another page is for Body Data displaying Height, Age, Weight, Gender, BMR, BMI, METs
and Recovery.
2) When doing any exercise mode, press Stop button, screen will be at Sport Data page.
You may press Enter button to switch to Body Data page. Then you may press Start button
to restart unfinished exercise from 0.8kph.
3) When machine is at ready-to-operate mode, press Recovery button to do recovery test, then
you may press Reset button to switch to ready-to-operate mode.
4) When doing any exercise mode, press Stop button, screen will be at Sport Data page.
Press Recovery button to do the test, then you may press Reset button to switch back to
previous page. Then press Start button to restart unfinished exercise from 0.8kph or press
Enter button to switch to Body Data page.
5) After finishing any exercise mode, screen will be at Sport Data page. Press Recovery button
to do the test. Then you may press Reset Button to switch back to Sport Data page. Press
Enter button to switch to Body Data page.
Use I-Pad or similar model on the treadmill
Place an I-Pad into the shelf on the computer, then you can walk on the treadmill and enjoy the
function that I-Pad offers.
There are 3 holes on the console. The left one (USB PORT) is for charging,
the middle one is for headset, and the right one is for speaker out.
WARNING:
1. When running in high speed on the treadmill, do not use I-Pad or Smart phone.
2.
For your safety, do not step on the running belt when keying in personal data and selecting exercise
modes. Stepping on the belt after pressing Start button and belt start running.
BMI (Body Mass Index)
It's a standard to evaluate one is healthy or not.
Get a numeric measure of BMI from your height and current weight to see if in healthy range!
How to calculate: If user is 60kgs weight, and 165cm tall, then BMI is 22.
BMI 22 KG/(MxM) = 60 / (1.65 x 1.65)

METs (Metabolic Equivalent )
It is a term used to represent the intensity of exercise.
If you see 6 METs displayed on the treadmill, this means:
You're working 6 times as hard as you would be at rest. You're consuming 6 times as
much oxygen and burning 6 times as many calories as you would be at rest. Exercising
at a moderate intensity, which is important for weight oss, is estimated to be 3-6 METs.
