(1) Quick Speed Button
There are 10 buttons: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
Press 1 for 1 kph, press 8 for 8 kph, press 1 & 6 for 16 kph.
(2) Target Time Button
To set Target workout time for running
(3) Target Calories Button
To set Target workout calories for running
(4) Target Distance Button
To set Target workout distance for running
(5) Profile Button
To choose preset program (P1 ~ P12)
(6) HRC Button
To choose Heart Rate Control program (H1 ~ H3)
(7) User Button
For user to choose desired set program (U1 ~ U3) for exercise.
(8) Edit User Button
For user to set his desired program (U1, U2, and U3 are for 3 different profiles).
User has to set his own program first from Edit User, then he can choose desired program
by pressing User Button for running. You may use Speed Button to key in desired speed in
every range. Press 1 for 1km, press 08 for 8km, press 12 for 12km.

a. To adjust speed in running mode

(10) Incline (Up / Down) Button
a. To adjust incline in running mode
b. To adjust set value in stop mode
(11) Start Button
Press to start the machine in stop mode
(12) Pause Button
a. Press to temporarily stop the machine. All systems will be reset if it is not restarted in
20 minutes.
b. Machine will automatically decline to 0%.
(13) Reset Button
a. When machine is temporarily stop, press Reset button, system will switch to Stop mode.
b. In choosing program, press Reset button, system will switch to Stop mode.
c. Press Reset button over 3 seconds, screen will switch from Sport Data page to Body
Data page.
(14) Enter Button
Press to confirm set value or switch screen
(15) Recovery Button
Show your heart rate recovery after exercise.
REMARKS:
A. Press Recovery Button after exercise, hold both hands on the pulse plates on both handle
bars for 1 minute, Recovery window will display figure to show your heart rate recovery
times.
B. After pressing Recovery button to check your body condition, then you can press Reset
button & Enter button to read BMI, BMR, METs.
C. Then you may press Reset button to switch to ready-to-operate condition.
D. If Pulse can't be checked in Recovery function, and Er appears. You may press Reset button
to switch to ready-to-operate condition.
