RUNNING MODE SELECTION FOR EXERCISE
(A) QUICK START MODE
Press START button to start running. Time, distance, and calories will count up from 0.
Also 0 appears on Incline Dot Matrix, and the first dot flashes on Speed Dot Matrix. And 0
will jump to 1 after running 400 meters / one circle on Speed Dot Matrix. And you may press
INCLINE / or SPEED / to adjust incline and speed as you like. You may also
press Quick Speed button to fast reach the speed you prefer.
(B) 12 PRESET PROGRAM MODE
Press PROFILE button to choose program: P1 ~ 12.
Press ENTER and INCLINE / or SPEED / button to choose Level 1 ~ 3.
Press ENTER button, preset 32:00 flashes.
Press INCLINE / or SPEED / button to set desired time from 10 ~ 99.
Press ENTER and START button to start running.
REMARKS:
P1 ~ P4 are for Speed control
P5 ~ P8 are for Incline control
P9 ~ P12 are for Speed and Incline control
(C) TARGET PROGRAM (TIME , DISTANCE, CALORIES) MODE
Choose target program, Time, Distance or Calories for countdown exercise.
Press TIME button for target time, default setting 32:00 flashes,
press INCLINE / or SPEED / button to set desired workout
time10~99 minutes, press ENTER and START button to start running.
Or press CALORIES button for target calories, default setting 10 .0 flashes,
press INCLINE / or SPEED / button to set desired workout
calories10~990 KCAL, press ENTER and START button to start running.
Or press DISTANCE button for target distance, default setting 1 .0 flashes,
press INCLINE / or SPEED / button to set desired workout
distance 1~20 km, press ENTER and START button to start running.
When the set figure counts down to 0, machine will stop automatically.
(D) USER PROGRAM (U1, U2, U3) MODE
Press EDIT USER button to choose U1, U2 or U3 for setting user's desired profile. Press
ENTER button, first range on both Incline and Speed Dot Matrix flashes, then press
INCLINE / and SPEED / button to set desired incline and speed of first range.
Press ENTER button, it jumps to 2nd range on both Dot Matrixes, repeat above procedures
to set desired incline and speed of 2nd range. Repeat above procedures to set all 16 ranges.
Then you may press START button based on default setting 32 minutes to start exercise.
And after any of U1, U2, U3 is set, press USER button to choose U1, U2 or U3. Then, press
ENTER button, default setting 32:00 flashes. Press INCLINE / or SPEED /
button to set desired time. Press ENTER and START button to start running following by the
set profiles.

(E) HRC PROGRAM (HEART RATE CONTROL H1, H2, H3) MODE
Press HRC button to choose Heart Rate Control program, H1 (or H2, H3). Press Enter and
Speed / or Incline / button to choose Level (L1 ~ L3). Press Enter and
Speed / or Incline / button to set desired workout time.
Press Enter then Start button to start running. User must hold both hands on the pulse
plate on the handlebars. Machine will run and follow by the personal data that has been
keyed in to automatically do the speed or incline adjustment.
